Things that are currently on my radar:

     – ITIL, Business Process Management, Event/Fault Management, Configuration Management Systems and a whole raft of other terms that swirl around "monitoring and management" of IT services. (aka "The Job")

     – Perl, which is always useful for gluing things together

     – VOIP and other voice technologies like Google Voice

     – HTML5

     – Varied and Sundry music

     – "Social media" (better than anti-social media, I suppose.)
